Psyllium husk, husk powder and seed
Isabgol comes from Plantago ovata, grown almost entirely in North Gujarat, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh — India supplies the large majority of the world's psyllium. We buy at the Unjha mandi and the surrounding growing belt, then process to the purity, mesh and swell volume your formulation actually needs.

How an order runs
Seven steps, and you know who owns each one.
Most export problems are handover problems. This sequence is fixed, so nothing sits in the gap between a supplier, a forwarder and a bank.

Enquiry and specification
You send the product, quantity, destination and packing. We come back with clarifying questions in writing, not with a generic price list.

Quotation and sample
A costed proforma against a named Incoterm and load port, with lead time and validity stated. Samples dispatched by courier for evaluation.

Order confirmation
Purchase order accepted, payment terms agreed, and the packing and labelling specification locked in writing before anything is produced.

Production and in-process checks
Manufacturing or processing to your specification, with batch records maintained and in-process results shared on request.

Testing and pre-shipment inspection
Certificate of analysis issued per batch. Third-party inspection — SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your own agent — arranged where you require it.

Documentation and customs
Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary or health certificate, fumigation, insurance and bill of lading — prepared to your bank's and your customs broker's exact wording.

Shipment and tracking
Container stuffed, sealed and handed over. You get photographs, seal numbers, the sailing schedule and document copies before the originals move.
